It really shows that he has not picked up a single bit of Puritan literature.>The Puritans were egalitarianNo, they were not. They did not reject the belief that humanity contained unequal groups. The belief that the Gospel had to be given to all groups of people is not proof enough that Puritans believed all were naturally equal and only artificially unequal. MacDonald also has no idea what he is talking about post-millennialism or theology. Post-millennialism had never been a theology saying that if people did x, y, and z, then you would have perfect society.>The Puritans created the Ivy League, Harvard, Yale, etc.Is this faggot blind to not see any difference between 1690's-1700's New England and post-WWII America?
