While there have been isolated cases of outposts expanding into the edges of Area B, “these were usually dismantled by the Civil Administration shortly after their establishment.”

       Boo hoo. The Muslims are losing some of the land that they stole through violent warfare and genocidal oppression.  Because we all know the Muslims would never build settlements in other peoples' land.
