       Sincerity is a relic of a centered mind free from the addiction of perpetual novel distractions. It requires staying with a thought, a belief, a person, past the point that ironic engagement would lose its brief, smug luster.I don't know if we'll ever return to that way of being again, shy of a technocollapse, which we can't cause or await.

       @Insomnolant I strongly believe that the currents have swung back towards re-enchantment and sincerity. We can't see it on the surface yet, where it's still a bit of a massacre, but it'll begin to filter through after some time. And – those of us who can should help it do so.
