i scared a woman again yesterdayi have a really awful habit, where if i am about to open a door, and i noticed someone gripped the handle on the other side, i just hold my hands behind my back and make way for them to go forward.but what happens is they will look at their side as they pass, see me just looming over them looking at them, and just immedietly scream.this has happened way too fucking much man, but it does get a little laugh out of me, in a way it's comforting to know women are scared of me.

@Kagekokoro it's funny actually, i have an easy time talking to women if it starts out with them being scared of me.it feels really relieving, i am usually the one scared of them, but when they scream, i can feel how i am actually the one on top here, they can't make demands and if they do i can easily say no without thinking about it.

@asa @Kagekokoro yeah i know i overthink too much lmao.i have been able to get rid of that maladaptive thinking a bit, and make it much smaller, i did overestimate how much tho :teto_sadd: i still got scared when 2 pretty women sat next to me on the train even though i have already done conversations, it felt like i went backwards, so i think i need to do some more exposure therapy.

@themilkman @Kagekokoro I think its normal to be nervous around women who dress up and use makeup to make themselves look sexually attractive, makeup basically fakes the same biomarkers that females naturally show when they are in heat, its a very aggresive thing to do, to go around dressed like that, its natural to feel weird around people like that.Now if you get nervous around a cute girl who has no makeup and is dressing normally and acting normally, thats also natural, but I think that nervousness would be significantly lighter, I know I feel it too.
