       Over roasted Turkey:350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 13 minutes per pound - Always round weight up, never round down (for example, 12.5 lbs, adjust for 13 lbs). Check Turkey 1 hour before time is up, and if not golden, uncover for remaining hour, if desired.Allow the turkey to rest for at least 30 minutes before carving and serving.
