I say once again: do not put hyperlinks on the word "here" or "click here"Put them on the words that explain what I am about to find if I click that link! Like, oh i dunno, *the title of the page* or something

If you are linking to a page that just has the word HERE in huge thousand-point font and that's it, maybe that would be an appropriate hyperlink?

And no you don't get to skip this rule if you mentioned the thing the link is for in some nearby text in the sentence or paragraph. People SKIM online. People don't sit down like they are reading a novel. This is just how the world is. I do not want to go on a scavenger hunt to figure out what your link is for.
