       I've heard various people say that Russia isn't a capitalist country... and while it's entirely true they aren't capitalist like the US, the fact is, Russian businesses have real political power, and game the system to their benefit.And now they want the independence of Russia's central bank to end.It's like people in an overpacked, sinking lifeboat, arguing who to toss overboard. The fact that this discussion is happening, even as banks threaten to freeze consumer withdrawals is terrifying.
