       @Hyperhidrosis I had this with kettlebells, in these phases:1. I'll bicep-curl it like it's a badly designed dumbbell (no info) 2. I'll swing it while being completely hip-retarded and mostly work my arms somehow (has info - doesn't understand it) 3. I can swing but put way too much strain on my lower back and immediately feel like I'm injuring myself (some understanding) 4. ok yeah, I'm supposed to bend my knees while keeping my lower leg fixed, so that I'm pushing my hips back, and I want to delay this move until the last moment when the kettlebell passes through my legs (ideal STARTING point)
