@hidden that's a little high. idk what my milk is i usually buy the cheapest. either 1 or 2%. its not a huge difference becuase i dont like the taste of milk, i only add it to tea/coffee or cook with it

@maija @hidden 2% is marketed as reduced milk, she's probably just talking about normal whole milk. Also skim milk is literally sugar water and doesn't allow you to absorb vitamins.
