       #IFindHope in people’s increasing awareness of when news and social media are not adding to their lives. I am grateful for the strategies people are sharing on emotional regulation. I am optimistic about the ways people are adapting to these systems and negotiating relationships with news, with social media, with technology, etc that work better for them.

Increasingly, tech builders are recognizing the importance of promoting this behavior.        #IFindHope in the beautiful changing color of leaves this fall and the reminder that change is inevitable. I find hope in the onion cuttings that decide to sprout shoots and start new lives in my vegetable drawer. I find hope in tenaciousness of living things, showing time and again that adaptation and persistence are essential.
