       i didn’t have much hope to begin with but reading these headlines again is just soul crushing 💔2016 sent me into a depressive spiral and the us election result played a huge part in that. this time i just feel extremely numb, yet more resilient and angry at the same time.

       @marthadear 💔 Interesting.For me it is exactly reversed emotionally.In 2016 i felt angry and defiant, extremely frustrated.Now i feel only distraught and am shivering in fear for so many people: migrants, trans folks, Ukrainians, Palestinians etc. The planet, really.Because this time they came prepared (Project 2025). And their rhetoric has gotten so much more openly fascistic.
