       I have to disagree with Bernard Hickey on this one.@paulhellyer > Luxon cedes National's 'small c' conservative centre-right instinctsHe seems to have forgotten Dirty Politics, Crusher Collins, John Key, and even Ruth Richardson. The Nats, like Labour, have always had a rump of corporatists in their ranks. Sometimes they have more control of the policy wheel, sometimes less.Now is one of the times they have more.
