`new Date('yyyy-mm-dd')` converts the date to local timezone (it assumes the timezone of the string to be UTC). So, in -ve timezones, dates are shown off by one.I am gradually starting to hate timezones (computationally).

Another date-fuckery of web:There is no way to define the format of date displayed in `<input type="date" />`. Of course the value is always formatted by yyyy-mm-dd but the date displayed to the user is left to the whim of the browser implementers. The only solution to evade this is to use type="text" and loose all the native input popups, safeguards etc, then reimplement it all with JS. And looking at the issues at whatwg, it aint gonna get fixed ever in my lifetime.

@xypnox had faced some timezone related problem recently and trust me I yelled at idk how many people on why timezones exist. They solve and create problems all the same time. XD
