       @jon you've probably heard that Intercity&CD are opening 4 new daily connections between Praha and the Tricity on the Polish coast. But there is another story in the press about absurds on international rail. On another train connecting Czechia and Poland it's next to impossible to buy tickets. Half of the coaches are provided by CD, half by Intercity. And tickets for the Czech coaches can only be bought on the CD site, while tickets for the other only on the Polish site.in effect the train runs

       @filiplachert@mastodon.social @jon@gruene.social Very similar thing with Vilnius-Krakow service, LTG Link and PKP divide the available seats to sell in half, even though each part of the journey is fully operated by either one or the other.

       @ignaloidas intercity says that all seats are available for sale but not using the diagram that allows you to choose seats options. I did not have time to check that @jon
