@bagder @kaia I happen to be driving a new MINI, and they list every license in use. There's a section just for Open Source Compliance, good on MINI (BMW).

@bagder But does that serve the user in that form, or the interests of BMW?I hope glibc's license is being followed - reportedly they did for the i3 (https://shkspr.mobi/blog/2016/03/bmw-are-complying-with-the-gpl/) but I cannot find any mini source code online.

@puppethead Seems like a wrong section name for the LGPLv2.1, as that's a free software license.That isn't necessarily good unless they actually will provide the source code and the installation information.
