       @aes31494 :duola1: that s sad. btw there s someone just reply: Re-register a new Amazon account or find a friend to borrow a log in to find human customer service (Amazon customer service needs to be logged in to be able to use), inform your problem, that service will allow you to verify the purchase record and other information, the verification will help you to reset the phone after passing.
