@alex@nederland.gay Unless there's a too much CSS on someone's website (it's default bootstrap and a bunch of other libraries, they are not an artist).

@alex@nederland.gay I'm mostly a backend developer and if I'm building a proof of concept web application as fast as possible I'm using Bootstrap. You can not beat Bootstrap in terms of developing something that looks "decent" in a short amount of time.
