       Passing Berwick Upon Tweed, golden autumn light on the bridges, the river opening out into the sea, the promise of that distant, maritime horizon. Been a while since I took the train this way, easy to forget how gorgeous the coastal views are as the train hurtles south from Scotland to England. Sadly seated on the wrong side of the carriage to snap a pic out the window.
