@Ghislaine I guess they need time for Routh to "commit suicide" while in their custody?

@Ghislaine Their reasoning for it is that they have too much stuff to sift through (allegedly), according to the article 4,000 terabytes (wtf) of data, and the judge set a deadline for November 18th for the trial date.

Why would there be that much data involved? Was the guy running a data center?

@Ghislaine I remember when Sam Hyde talked about how when John McAfee died, he would release 30 terabytes of data as a Deadman switch. Sam commented that "Who the fuck has 30 terabytes of data like that just sitting around?" Like @Humpleupagus is inferring as well, why would someone just have that unless they're running servers and shit?

@Bad_Banner @Humpleupagus @Ghislaine an underappreciated part of having a deadman switch is not telling everyone you have a deadman switch. Feds got to his VPS and rendered it inert before they killed him.

Why is there 4petabytes of data? HOW is there 4PB of data?None if that data is relevant to the question of his guilt or innocence.

@buttered_poasties @Ghislaine True, but what was really unusual was the unseemly haste to start the trial of Trump's second would be assassin.I mean, when was the last time you heard of a major Federal criminal trial being scheduled to start only two months after the crime??? Thus the "indefinite delay" to actually build a case.We could be excused for wondering if they didn't really want to give the would be assassin a "fair" trial, as in fair to the target, but someone realized that would be a step too far for now. While it wasn't fast and was done at the state and county level, see how the prosecution of Alec Baldwin for very clear manslaughter was gimmicked so he eventually walked scot-free, albeit after the eventual prosecution made what he did crystal clear.
