When I see the terms MTF FTM AMAB AFAB still being used by transpeople to describe themselves. As someone who is nonbinary-adjacent this gets pretty frustrating. Nobody is owed the information of you AGAB.Even if you don't feel the need to obscure your AGAB yourself, like the word 'Partner' the ambiguity helps others.

@Rasp@raru.re never understood trans*people that do that. isnt it misgendering with extra steps? Cause even I would feel weird saying it towards them folks.Anyways, as I always like to say, I personally am not AMAB nor AFAB, I'm ACAB :acab_car:

@Rasp I've seen event notices which are women's events open to "trans men and afab enbys" as like the most inclusive way to say trans exclusionary.

@anemone @Rasp It's funny because x is usually used a gender ambiguator, like in Mx or Latinx.

@The4thCircle@mastodon.gamedev.place @Rasp@raru.re it is here too it's supposed to be "inclusive" to people who aren't "real women"
