       Just a quick question, do the Tennessee National Guard members who have to wait weeks, months even, to get sent back home to bury the corpses of their now severely waterlogged and rotted families get anymore money or is $750 the absolute upper limit the coin clippers in DC are willing to pinch out of their overstuffed wallets?        @Shadowman311 I never got this as a child and I never will:How? How is it possible, that a governing body ever decides they will send morbillions of taxpayer money OUTSIDE the country? I remember being six and first hearing about foreign aid to Africa. Started asking all the adults why are countries paying those exorbitant amounts for something that doesn't concern them. I kept getting answers along the lines of "it's good to help others in need" and then threw a tantrum because I was sure everybody was giving me the wrong answers on purpuse and witholding the truth. I can't describe the horror I felt when I finally realized that wasn't the case and I was being brought up by retards.
