Also one of them was a rainbowdash trannie. You literally can't act like you don't have furry in your major staff pushing that stuff. Furrys are more understood I'd hope so I'll leave them out.The sketchbook swap room was tiny so most of the artist that showed up couldn't fit the room, one staff hot us another room but that filled very fast and 100 plus of us just had to figure out where to go ourselves. Thankful I got back in the first room but I saw tins of people just not have a place to go. In the first room after like 20 minutes of shuffling around

That was the issue with the sketchbook swap event.There was multiple diapers and anons in diapers activity using them, their soiled adult diapers were 8n the parking lot, and I hope I don't need to explain what's wrong there further.With the auction not only was most things fully not seeable from the audience, like 80% of the art I couldn't see at all

Not only do those getting things not know when to buy or hold out for things but I also felt some of the things like ATAs art and especially Jack's notebooks didn't sell what they should've specifically because the lack of categorized lots that every auction does to keep things sensible and running smoothly. My art and the wooden corn hole shouldn't have been

@corpubro @Appulman @AprilFools @MareFair priced first as that's not how auctions work, and isn't even how most of the things sold at this auction work at all either. Like pricing something like that instead of allowing people to bid is why they both didn't sell for more. The idea is that the start is so under like say"name the first bid" that people get invested in getting it and bid, and instead saying "it's 1000 dollars" as the opening is why they sold poorly.

I and msp coached our auctioneers on things like doing larger bid increments, asking audience for opening bids, being a good salesperson, etc. It seems all our coaching went out the window as soon as some of them got up on stage.
