hey CA DMV, thanks for making me type my 12-digit bank account number and 9-digit bank routing number twice each. That really helped avoid errors.You know what'd be even better? LETTING ME PASTE THEM.seriously, I have my bank's web interface open on the other monitor, I could just ctrl-c/ctrl-v them right over, no errors possible

@foone ugh, it really is the worst. I can’t count the number of times I’ve had to manipulate the browser’s DOM just to get around some bad validation or inaccessible “feature”. It must be so annoying for people to use the internet that don’t have that technical knowledge

@foone The best part is the reason. I’ve fought this at my job. “What if they make a typo and copy and paste it?”Right because typing it twice lessens the chances of a typo.
