       Bloomberg claims it has obtained details of the "victory plan" that President Zelensky plans to present to President Biden during their meeting in Washington on September 26. The plan includes Ukraine's invitation to join NATO, guarantees of modern weapons supplies, a clear path to European Union membership, and other economic and security agreements.        @noelreports Is it really safe to share it with Trump?I guess Ukrainians are not naive enough to do so: most probably what they leak to Trump is some "alternate reality" of the real plans, just some hoax, just to see whether or not it ends up on the Kremlin's desks...Or perhaps even some "operation fortitude", in order to decieve the enemy.
