       @mimsical Anyone who has ever tried to report a serious crime by a protected class, knows what I'm talking about. It usually ends with you being retaliated against by authorities.

       @mimsical  this data us from before the floodgates were opened and some South American nations started emptying their prisons and sending the perps here and before the Venezuelan gangs arrived.  There are many reasons things might have changed, so this is useless for anything but confirmation bias.
