@tromo Antisemitism, in the sense that it implies hate against Jewish people, is a very real thing. It simply does not equate to criticism of zionists or the (terrorist) state of Israel. I’m not here to bikeshed the minutiae of the word’s semantics and even less deny the existence of very real racism against Jewish people. If anything Israel’s concerted cooption of the word is what robs it of meaning and makes Jewish people everywhere less safe.

@aral We do not disagree on the result. I said the term is wrong and had to be changed.What means Semitic ? Are Akkadians, sumerian, Assyrian, Semitic (by language) ? Or the Arabs and all the other (by Jewish mythology, you know it as Bible) ?So, it is wrong to say anti-semitic and mean anti-jew. This I said.
