       The last time I spoke of Patriot Front trying to sue some antifa guy (David Capito) they were given 3 months since November 2023 to locate and serve him. SEPTEMBER 14 2024!The motion to attempt to service Capito by publication has been denied for failing to meet the third criteria and given 14 days to file a renewed motion to serve by publication :>The Court is not satisfied that Plaintiffs met the state law requirements to showthat Defendant is concealing himself with an intent to avoid service. Here, Plaintiffs donot present a supporting affidavit of an attorney or agent stating the reasons he or shebelieves that Mr. Capito is avoiding service. > For the above reasons, the Court GRANTS in part and DENIES in partPlaintiffs’ Motion.
