@stilgherrian People really loved the just so story about people living the longest in boring little places with a kind of bucolic unglamorous charm. This is almost as sad for that crowd as red wine not being good for you.

@Archnemysis @stilgherrian I mean if it makes you feel better it's not doing... much harm.Everyone knows in their soul eating a wide variety of raw (but carefully cleaned!!) vegetables is the way. We've always known this in our souls.I fell for the whole milk thing. Because I love whole milk. So now I just drink a smaller glass when I want.
