@mangeurdenuageOk, smartphones are bad for kids! What can anybody going to do about it though? Taking them away is a non-starter, as is telling parents to use the few parental tools at their disposal.

Social normalization of anything is a normal part of life, it usually is organic and is often harmless as it's common group sense that selects it as harmful or not.The issue strives when inorganic grouthink and normalization is created, which was possible due to illiteracy in this case. And smartphones are on of the recent inorganic trends that appeared out of thing air due to corporate madness.What do then ? You can take many examples of inorganic trends like trans kids and go with it until they realize how you abused them later if they didn't die.In this case for mobile phone computers many solutions exists, one is to not let your kid have any, another could be banning proprietary software/saass, another could be mandatory training or both.One thing is for sure is that the madness must stop.

@wholemilk I've been bullied beyond what's considered normal for just speaking another language than the current official one so my first though is to dismember the said people.The second would be contacting the parents, if that doesn't work then the school and if that doesn't work, the third options of hacking of all the devices via the usual bluetooth failure point and have them randomly disturb classes until they get fully banned.
