       I was trying to get in contact with my doctor to put me on a worse prescription med because I haven't been able to get my prescribed one for several months, and couldn't afford it even if I could, and it turns out Kaiser Permanente redesigned their site and now if your insurance is marked as lapsed for any reason, you can't send messages to your doctors.You can reply to ones they send you, but not send messages.

       they're still my doctor! I have appointments to see them already scheduled. they signed off on all my current prescriptions, even if it's a nightmare to get them.BUT I'M NOT ALLOWED TO TALK TO THEM. what the fuck sense does that make?

       @blaurascon that is ironically the problem! I paid for my insurance but the company that I paid didn't manage to correctly write a letter to them to activate it
