Take your weight in kilograms, multiply by 100, and that's how many IU of vitamin D3 you *need* daily. These doctors are railing against the "health" "care" industry in a big way, and their research and words should spread far.https://youtu.be/2hO7fniCbmw?si=wZX2mCkB3IvLVLud

@picofarad I googled what was wrong with me and found the doctors were not treating me properly, for what was really wrong with me. I was being treated for high blood pressure and when I had an episode that shot my b/p sky high, the doctor prescribed more big pharma high b?p medicine. Here, I was reacting to my electrolytes being thrown off by the b/p medication they were prescribing. Once I got my electrolytes back in order, I found I really don't have high b/p at all.

@lovelexxxx I'm glad you got it figured out! How did you find out your electrolytes were off?

@picofarad I was discussing the horrible things that were happening to me, with a nurse friend, when she noticed one of my B/P meds caused electrolyte imbalance and all the symptoms of mucle cramps, pain and higher B/P were a good match for what was happening to me.I was angry the doctor prescibed more B/P meds instead of helping me find out what was wrong with me, then.

Modern doctors, as a whole, are corrupt retards. You're 50/50 on whether their advice will help you or give you cancer.

@lovelexxxx i have plenty of similar anecdotes.you ever get the feeling that a lot of these industries are fragile? I know a lot of medicos complain that they're overworked, for instance.for future reference you can get the PDR on a cellphone or order a used one on ebay. PDR: Physician's Desk Reference. Every medication produced, [contra]indications, side effects, dosing info, allergy, etc. Can even look up by visual of pill
