       Well I'm back at the place where the internet isn't working and that's because the fucking internet isn't working.The LAN and DSL lights won't come on, it's not linking to ethernet (it does a few times during startup but then it's down)... If I unplug the telephone line the link light starts blinking so I guess the telephone wires are fine and there is something wrong with it so I have to schedule some idiot from centurylink to come replace it. Ugh.

       @lamp@mastodon.cloud ah, probably not. FTTP or FTTC? I just assumed DSL would be connected to a phone socket as the point of ingress.
