       Kensington Ave, Philadelphia.This poor White kid is only 19 years old and his body is rotting from carfentanyl and xylazine, a sedative used by vets on horses and cattle. (TRANQ) 7 months of use did this. It's a sad story. He comes from a well to do family in a nice neighbourhood. I'm sure his parents miss him.
