Found a video on youtube ,Mongolian mince beef, and made it for dinner. :ablobreach: Ingredients500g lean ground beef 2 tablespoons oil1 onion chopped1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated2 cloves garlic mincedPinch crushed red chili flakes optional1 tablespoon cornstarch1 tablespoon water1 stalk green onion choppedFor the Sauce¼ cup beef broth 62g (I put in more)3 tablespoons soy sauce1 tablespoon dark soy sauce2 tablespoons brown sugar (4tsp honey)This the website... https://flolum.com/budget-friendly-mongolian-beef/#google_vignetteGoing to make it again next week as it was very nice but way way way to salty. Going to have to do something about that. Perhaps cut soy in half or buy the reduced salt version. I used honey instead of brown sugar as didn't have any. Twas nice!

@HebrideanHecate @Blackgendermoderate So for the update that nobody asked for. Cooked the Mongolian beef again last night and it was fucking gorgeous. So I ordered reduced salt soy sauce and the supermarket Wombles sent me dark soy. So I had light and dark normal and dark reduced and so ended up putting in. 1 tbsp of light. 1 of dark. 2 of reduced salt dark. Also put in the brown sugar this time instead of honey and omg this dish is to die for. So so pleased with it after adjustments.Would of liked to have tried it as recipe suggested but with reduced light but hey ho it all worked out in the end. :blobcheer: Oh oh also upped the stock to 200ml
