Ever had a boss you didn't get along with? I have. But, even with that guy I can't imagine him talking about me the way that Trump talks about people ex-staff, and members of the military, people he appointed He calls them "very stupid people" and doesn't seem to realize this is a reflection on his own judgement?And it's just tacky. I guess saying "we had our differences" requires letting some fault fall both ways. Though, if you hired the person... well.

@futurebird I've had a few bad bosses over the years, but I'd end up thumping someone if they acted like Trump.

@futurebird Yeah, I've had a few bad bosses in my day, but even the worst of them pales in comparison to that guy. I would just refuse to work for him. In fact, I'd refuse to be in the same room with him. I came very close to doing that with Kevin Shelley years ago at the Secretary of State's office.

@futurebird alternatively, can you imagine hiring someone who spoke this way about his past employees? Or whose employees spoke about him the way trumps old staff describe him?? Like imagine the reference calls where person after person is telling you the candidate is dangerously unfit and also some of them are in jail because of him.
