@interfluidity I agree, and I also think that there should be a death penalty for corporations. Revocation of corporate charter, voiding all contracts, paying all creditors including workers, and returning what is left (after government breakup fees) to investors. Also, managers of terminated corporations should be imprisoned and sanctioned.

@interfluidity @deviantollam Companies are just feudalism backed by capitalism instead of catholicism. Oligarchs attack democracy so they can be absolute monarchs of their own tiny kingdoms.But it's hard for a king to hunt peasants for sport and kidnap a basement full of sex slaves when a functioning federal government enforces OSHA and antitrust and labor laws and so on. So they "drown it in a bathtub".The conventional solution to this problem is guillotines. Each oligarch has a neck.
