Firefox has native vertical tabs support in the nightlies right now and I'm pretty tempted to try switching back to it once that lands.I love Arc's tabs and spaces philosophy a lot, still, but it remains Chromium-based (bleh!) and rumblings about the company's future direction are mildly off-putting.

At this point my 'must haves' list for a web browser are:- Vertical tabs support- Complete containerisation of tabs into predefined groups with separate cookies, session data, etc.- Has both a mobile and desktop version that synchronise between one anotherReally big wants:- A command palette, so you can do most things just by typing - Automatically close tabs after they've been inactive for x period of time- Picture-in-picture for video and video calls - Ideally fulfill all of these bullet points without needing third-party extensions

A challenger called Zen Browser has appeared, and it has most of the things on my checklist (all of them, if you include available extensions). It's made by a single person and was released into alpha mere weeks ago, but I might give it a try.
