       @yogthos It's a bit of a conundrum, isn't it... they can do it because they are a dictatorship. Big technology shifts like this is probably the only area where a centralised economies can outdo democracies. But of course, it only happens for a minimal fraction of dictatorships (Venezuela and Russia for example aren't doing it)#evenAStoppedClock #solar
