BREAKING: Judge Ada Brown, a Trump appointee in the Northern District of Texas, blocks the FTC’s noncompete rule nationwide, finding that it violates the APA. As such, she found it should be set aside, making it unenforceable. https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.txnd.389064/gov.uscourts.txnd.389064.211.0.pdf

@chrisgeidner This is all the work of the Heritage Foundation. Their main influence over Trump was handing him lists of corrupt judges to appoint. But if he wins in November, their Project 2025 will go FAR beyond a few hundred judicial appointees.

@mls14> This is all the work of the Heritage FoundationThey are not the source of this. Just one of many nozzles that squirt it into public discourse; Cato Institute, Atlas Network, American Enterprise Institute, ALEC, and many more. The Koch parasites alone have funded at least a dozen;https://www.sourcewatch.org/index.php?title=Koch_think_tanks@chrisgeidner
