If this is genuine then this gives lower-skilled right wing people an exit out of the US - presenting a path to a better life for *all* decent people other than revolution.Higher-skilled people can go elsewhere in the world and get a job, and with this it's just true that anyone can pack their bags and get out. Lots of things, really - it boils down to "should a normal, lower-middle class right-wing American move to Russia?"For example, is unemployment there bad? Would law enforcement be friendly to people who are hanging around fedi? Is there something odd about the weather that makes it unlivable? What cultural issues make Russia good/bad to live in?Stuff like that. I'm cautious myself because the life expectancy for male Russians is...poor.
