It got to the point where I only trusted my cooking because I got to observe how others perform and would go as far as to warn others not to eat there on certain days because of who was working.I didn't do it for the job or for the faggot customer, I did it for me. I take pride in my work and everything I produce has to be exceptional even if it's something as simple as a smashburger.

This was despite the fast food places bringing back value menus and $5 deals.And I'm thinking, no, it's because everyone's seen all the Tiktoks and Facebook videos of niggers stomping on the food, spitting in the food, getting in fights over the chiggins, etc etc. Fewer discerning person are going to eat at places where they notice the staff is decidedly dark in color. They know it's safer to just quietly move on and either eat elsewhere or eat at home.

When you're breaking 'protocol' and dual wielding griddle spats you can get a lot done extremely fast. Actually built quite a bit of muscle doing that job.I set a bad example because lanklets can't do what I was doing so they wanted me to stop but you can only have one or the other, right? Either you let me do my job or you force me to comply with some arbitrary methodology that will cause a backlog of orders far longer than we can fulfill in a timely manner.They also got on me for doing prep by hand instead of using their faggot slicers and machines. It's so much faster and so much more productive to just learn how to slice and dice like a real chef. Spent all that money on these 'convinces' and I'm back there completely ignoring them and pumping out every single prep item for the full day in an hour and a half.Total HR Death btw

@Eiswald @Eleutheria2 @DMA @The_Almighty_Kek @RustyCrab I worked fast food for 6 years in my teens and early twenties in what was then the busiest franchise for this particular company in my entire country. we didnt have much automation then, but the monitors and displays and such just got in the way and slowed shit down. During the rushes my brain went into a flow state and worked like an abacus, ticking off orders like beads much more quickly than it would if i had to look at the monitors.

@Eleutheria2 @AlbinoMutant @DMA @The_Almighty_Kek @RustyCrab I think on one of the busiest days I was able to smash out a little over 60 patties in less than a minute. Get all the meat wads down, smash, and shape each of them perfectly within a second. The cook time was engrained my head and when they were done on one side I'd scrape and flip whole rows all at once to the other end of the griddle where they'd get cheesed.I was a meat sculptor with those spatulas.
