       I've just discovered https://distrosea.com/It allows you to test #linux #distros live in your browser without installing them. Really great tool, although the VMs aren't connected to the internet.

       @m0xeeNot all! I think here it's a bit unfortunate as you maybe want to check the app store of the distro or something along those lines. But from a security standpoint: cutting off the internet is the right thing to do.

       @Mawoka No, of course it is important when checking out distros and they have probably disabled it to not deal with all the security pitfalls that might endue. It was just the usual snarky remark of mine, don't take it seriously 😁
