       @foone Maybe could be done with some kiosk mode?  I tried looking into doing something similar, but only booting a fullscreen firefox, using Wayland a while back, but didn't make much progress.

       @foone I once built a custom initramfs that only had enough modules loaded and the necessary filea included to directly launch a Windows 98 QEMU VM on boot, which is probably the closest to that.HP does it too with modern machines that come wirh FreeDOS installed, they boot a tint Debian install and immediately boot a FreeDOS VM on startup as FreeDOS doesn't have UEFI support of course, which is kinda fun!
