       The real reason the Russia-Ukraine conflict hasn't gotten nuclear yet is that neither side has managed to get a 25 kill streak. Attrition is just too consistent on both sides.Americans fire bombing Japanese cities is the only time the kill streak was reached and the order was subsequently given.
