@ariadne touch /etc/apk/interactive is probably my best tip. Especially if you are sometimes hand editing /etc/apk/world like I do.

@ariadne * apk allows to use `cmd:$command` and `so:$soname` as package targets* The lbu utility allows to backup modified configuration files and if configured some extra directories as well* Want to temporarily install multiple packages? `apk add -t $virtual_name $packages` which can then be removed with `apk del $virtual_name`Incidentally those are also features I love about Alpine.

ah, dnf has that too. I remember I did something like that just for the sake of it and it did prompt me to install the corresponding pkg
