       I work in corporate law. I talked to two high end lawyers about this case. Disney doesn’t have a leg to stand on because it is self-evident that no reasonable person would associate a tv subscription with a physical tour of a Disney theme park. See: Form and foundation.

       @BattleDwarfGimli @RichardKuklinskisIcyGlare @shrimpydimp Even though these "agreements" are signed (clicked), it's universally understood that no one reads them - just like it's universally understood that no one stays at or below the speed limit (yet police can still technically pull you over for going above posted limits).

       @RichardKuklinskisIcyGlare @shrimpydimp Just like the pharmaceutical companies are not liable for their fuck ups during Covid (something the recipient hadn't agreed too), arbitration clauses mean you deal directly with the wrong doer, outside of court. This doesn't mean the widow won't get compensation, but this does me people still don't die at Disney.
