@foone same reason docker could create a windows server 2012R2 container and it couldn't connect to MS SQL Server

@foone because M$ ships a userspace that bundles a kernel, they could "break userspace" every release.Ironically, adding container support to Windows was what forced them to get some discipline and stop doing that.

@foone it may be easier to port bocker to Powershell than to run a NT4 container in either docker or bocker. https://github.com/p8952/bocker
