@vorap My ISP blocks it. Even though Japanese media is not commercially available in my country. But if I use a different DNS server (I use dnscrypt-proxy on my laptop) it works. Otherwise I just use Tor.

@vorap @loathesome_dongeater 504 is a server side error code so there's no censorship, rather some sort of trouble on their end
