       I hope Paul ends up mired in an endless swamp of litigation out of this - but in all likelihood, he hasn't really pissed off anyone who is clever & rich, because his victims are mostly foolish and poor - so there might not be anyone out there who cares enough about this and has the capital to make it happen.

       Unfortunately, insurance companies kind of always do that :(If the plaintive wants to get a big payout, they'll have THEIR lawyers drag the insurance company into it. But in this case, he just wants to make it as painful as possible for the journalist, so for the insurance company, it's cheaper to fight Coffeezilla on whether they're liable, than to fight Paul on whether Coffeezilla is liable - because unlike Paul, Coffeezilla doesn't have the capital to fight them.

       @cjd @stux LegalEagle is an actual lawyer too. With his own... I'm not sure what to call it exactly, but he has a group that offers people hope for free.On the flip side of being targeted with big money, here's somebody who could potentially earn money through YouTube by fighting back.
