@lunduke Yeah, it is crazy. We had to kick an admin that was pushing all of this censorship stuff. He would block users for "o fending" ppl, that is not what this instance is about.

@nus @yisraeldovI have to agree with Nus here, there's unpopular opinions, and there's the kind of stuff that is widely rejected for the very real harm it does. You're basically saying that you're going to platform people who demand action be taken against minority groups, thus subjecting any other members of minority groups to having to defend their own right to exist from people who don't believe they should exist.We don't want that on our timeline over on TechHub either.

@yisraeldovWell that at least is good to hear, but I think we have some different views on what constitutes "demanding action": I've seen a couple things said that are very much the kind of things that demand action be taken against people, calling cis-female Olympic boxers "men who beat up women" and saying that abortion is murder then following up with "murderers should be killed", and to me, that very much sounds like calls to action against people.To the main point of the issue, you keep saying that we're not understanding something about what you said up there. Nus asked if you allow members who openly support the persecution of LGBT and Jewish people. What did you mean by that? Where do you draw the line?Maybe it would help you to elaborate on the thing that you say we don't understand you on.

@Raccoon We draw the line when we see that someone is actually close-minded and just using our platform to attack others. We would need evidence of real wrong doing. A report with Ad hominem will be closed. Saying @lunduke is a nazi is ridiculous, and will not be taken seriously. We have many muslim members who do not belie that Jews have the same rights. Should we just ban all of them?
